  • Yes! Your ceremony will be held inside at Sanctuary Events. After ceremony, that room gets flipped during your cocktail hour into the dance room. You and your guests will enjoy dinner in the main room. Then back to the “ceremony” room for dancing and reception fun!

  • We believe our average couples wedding budget is $30,000.

    This is not to say it is impossible for a couple to have a smaller budget and not be able to book with us!

  • There is not a dollar amount minimum. However, Sanctuary Events requires a bar package to be purchased. (Basic, Premium, Soda Bar. etc.)

Booking FAQs

  • After your tour, we will send over a quote including rental and bar packaging. Next step is $1000 deposit and a signed contract.

  • 1st deposit is due at signing ($1000)

    50% due at 9 months prior to your date.

    Final payment is due 30 days before your date

  • Sanctury Events provides your bar service.

Planning FAQs

  • Bar must conclude 30 minutes before the end of your event

  • yes, we have 20 8’ handcrafted wood tables that seat 8-10 guests

  • No. The tables are beautiful raw.

    Table runners are included in your rental, still exposing the wood

  • Sanctuary Events will provide an event manager to help guide you through your ceremony as well as managing the team for all things related to the venue.

  • You will have access to the bridal suite within your rental hours. this space is not a full “Get Ready” Suite, however, many of our brides choose to change into their gown here.

  • We allow acoustic or piano for the cocktail hour. Live music is not allowed for your reception, but we have some great preferred DJs you can choose from!

  • We provide private parking 0.4 tenths of a mile from the venue. The Sanctuary Events shuttle will transport your guests from our private lot to the front of the Venue.
